About I AM Greens
Grown withquiet obsession.
I AM Greens is a small, independent farm on the Costa del Sol producing the freshest Organic microgreens and microherbs in southern Spain. Every tray is sown, tended and hand-cut on the day it leaves us — never sitting in a warehouse, never travelling further than it needs to.
We grow without pesticides, on hemp fibre mats & in pure filtered water and organic substrate, choosing varieties for flavour and nutrition first. Our greens land on the pass at fine‑dining restaurants, in the kitchens of boutique hotels, on café counters, and in the homes of people who care about what they eat.
